How it is made

A fan-shaped wall and a round bottom.

A paper cup is cut flat: a side wall shaped like a fan, which wraps into a cone and overlaps at one seam, and a round bottom set in at the base. The top edge is rolled into a rim.

  • The side seam overlaps, so the wall is even all the way round.
  • The bottom is set in above the base, so the cup stands on its rolled edge.
  • A double-wall cup adds a second wall outside the first, with air between, so the outside stays comfortable to hold.
  • Your print goes on the side wall while it is still flat.

Samples

Sampling fees are credited against your first production order of the same product.

Payment

New accounts start with a 30% deposit on the agreed order. After that we hold your stock and you pay monthly for what you use.

Do I need double-wall cups for hot drinks?

Double wall keeps the outside comfortable to hold without a sleeve. Single-wall cups suit cold drinks, or hot drinks served with a sleeve.

Can I print one design on every size?

Yes. We set the artwork on each size so it sits the same way round the wall, and you approve each proof.

Do the cups come with lids?

Tell us the lids you use now, or ask us to quote lids with the cups, and we match the rim.

Can I get a sample before I order?

Yes. A sample takes five working days. Sampling fees are credited against your first production order of the same product.

How long does production take?

12 to 15 working days after you approve the proof, then 1 to 5 business days on the road. The minimum is 2,000 per size.

What if an order arrives damaged?

Count pallets and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign. Send photos through the enquiry form within 48 hours and we reship or refund the damaged goods.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, on request. Duties, import taxes and brokerage are paid by the receiver.
