Yes. Put everything in one enquiry and we quote it together. Each size has its own minimum of 2,000.

Yes. Every die-line is drawn to your food. The standard burger box is 7.1 × 7.1 × 2.8 in (180 × 180 × 70 mm), and any other size is drawn to order.

A quote and a drawn die-line come back within one working day. A sample takes five working days after that.

Sampling fees are credited against your first production order of the same product.

Only after you approve the digital proof. That proof is the specification of record.

12 to 15 working days after you approve the proof. Then 1 to 5 business days on the road.

Runs come within ±5% of the ordered quantity, invoiced for what ships. Folded box size is held to ±0.04 in (±1 mm).

Our US warehouse. Cartons go by UPS or FedEx Ground, pallets by LTL freight. You get tracking the day the order leaves.

Yes, on request. Duties, import taxes and brokerage are paid by the receiver.

Count pallets and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign. Send photos through the enquiry form within 48 hours and we reship or refund the damaged goods.

Yes. Flexo print in 1 to 4 colours on the kraft face, or unprinted if you would rather stamp it yourself.

Unbleached kraft is a natural material and its shade changes a little from run to run. Printed colour on it varies with it. That is normal, not a defect.

Your logos and artwork stay yours. Our die-lines and production files stay ours unless a buy-out is agreed in writing.

A new account starts with a 30% deposit on the agreed order and a supply agreement. We then hold your products in our warehouse, and each month you pay only for what you used.

No. That is the point of the supply program: we hold your agreed products in our warehouse, sized to your projected usage, and you pay monthly for what you actually use.

We do. We monitor the stock we hold for you and replenish it as needed, so the products you agreed on stay available.

Once your account is open, you reorder from your own account page, for each of your locations.

Yes. Card payments are processed by Stripe; your card details never reach our servers.
