Clamshell and tuck-top boxes for burgers, fries, sandwiches and meals. Each one is a single sheet of kraft board, creased and cut, that folds by hand and locks shut with a die-cut tuck.
The standard box is in the first row. The rest are sizes restaurants often ask us for. We draw each one to order, and yours can be anything else.

This is the flat blank we cut. The walls rise, the corner tabs turn in, the end walls close over them, and the lid tucks into the front. The board holds itself together.
The same board and the same fold, sized to what you serve.

The standard box. Taller walls for doubles.

A small box that stands up on the counter and in the bag.

A box that keeps a cut wrap from rolling around.
Paper board all the way through. Nothing on it you would need to peel off to recycle it.
0.06 in (1.5 mm) board. Stiff enough to stack, thin enough to fold cleanly.
Virgin kraft liner on every face that touches food.
Water-based, used in place of PE lamination.
No PE coating and no window film, so the box stays recyclable with paper and board.
Scored creases fold the sheet into shape by hand in about four seconds.
Folded size within ±0.04 in (±1 mm) of the approved proof.
Printed flat before the sheet is cut, so the artwork sits in the same place on every box.
Plain kraft. Stamp it, sticker it, or leave it as it is.
Your logo on the lid and a wordmark down the side wall. The most common choice.
Flexo print on the kraft face for fuller artwork. Colour on unbleached kraft varies a little from run to run.

Yes. Every size except the standard is drawn to order. Send the size of your food, or of the box you use now, and we draw a die-line to it.
Both are one-piece boxes with a hinged lid. A clamshell closes with a tab at the front. A tuck-top slides a flap inside the front wall, which holds tighter in a delivery bag. We suggest one for your food on the die-line proposal.
