What we do

One sheet, folded by hand.

The box on our home page is not a metaphor. It is the die-line we cut.

One sheet, folded by hand

Every box starts as one flat sheet of E-flute board, scored and creased so it folds into shape by hand. It ships flat, stacks on a flatter pallet and any crew member can set it up in about four seconds.

Food-grade by default

We run virgin kraft liner on every food-contact face and use a water-based grease barrier instead of PE lamination, so the finished box stays kerbside-recyclable.

Your die-line, not a template

The cutting rule and the artwork are drawn from the same file. Change a dimension and both follow. Our standard burger box is 7.1 × 7.1 × 2.8 in (180 × 180 × 70 mm); every other size is drawn to your food.

Work with us

The minimum order is 2,000 units per size. Send us an enquiry and we come back within one working day with a die-line proposal and pricing. Sampling takes five working days; production runs ship in twelve to fifteen.
