For wrap & bowl bars

Bowls that are eaten from, and wraps that stay rolled.

Grain bowls, salads, poke and wraps get eaten at a desk, on a bench or in a car. We make kraft bowls from 8–32 oz (237–946 ml) with lids to match, and boxes that keep a cut wrap from unrolling on the way.

Lunch, wherever it lands.

Most of your bowls are eaten straight from the container. The bowl is the plate, so it should look like part of the meal.

The trouble with the box you have now

What goes wrong between the line and the lunch break.

The food is built with care. The container decides how it arrives.

01

Dressing on the bag

A bowl that is not made for wet food lets dressing and sauce find the rim.

What we doBowls from 8–32 oz (237–946 ml), lined with a PE-free barrier and made to be leak-resistant, with a lid for each rim.

02

The toppings all slide to one side

A shallow, oversized container lets a built bowl fall apart on the ride.

What we doPick the size by the portion, so the bowl is full and the toppings stay where you put them.

03

Cut wraps that unroll

A wrap cut in half rolls around in a flat container and opens up.

What we doA long, narrow box drawn to your wrap holds the halves standing side by side.

04

Plastic that looks like plastic

A clear plastic bowl says fast food, not fresh food.

What we doKraft paper bowls and boxes, with no PE film, printed with your logo.

05

Too many container types

A different container for every item fills the storeroom and slows the line.

What we doOne kraft look across bowls, boxes, bags and cups.

06

No room to store stock

Made-up containers take a lot of shelf.

What we doBowls and cups nest in stacks, and boxes arrive flat Under a supply agreement we also hold the rest of your stock in our warehouse.

A service day

A lunch service, with the right bowl.

Where the packaging shows up in your day.

  1. Delivery

Nested bowls and flat boxes go on one shelf.

  2. Prep

Sleeves of bowls by size next to the line, lids on the shelf above.

  3. Rush

Base, toppings, dressing, lid. The bowl goes straight into the bag.

  4. Delivery orders

Wraps go in a box drawn to their length, so the halves stay rolled.

  5. Close of lunch

Count what is left and reorder from your account.

Your name on it

Your name round the bowl.

The artwork is printed on the side wall while it is still flat, so it wraps evenly round every bowl.

  • Flexo print in 1 to 4 colours on the kraft wall, or plain bowls with a sticker on the lid.
  • The same artwork set on each size, so a side and a meal bowl look like a set.
  • You approve a proof before anything is printed.
  • Colour on unbleached kraft varies a little from run to run. That is the material, and it is normal.
What it replaces

What our bowls and boxes take the place of.

Most bars come to us from one of these.

Instead ofA clear plastic bowl

Plastic makes fresh food look like fast food, and it cannot carry your name. A kraft bowl does both.

Instead ofA foam container

Foam is limited in a growing number of places. Kraft paper is not foam and carries your logo.

Instead ofFoil and a paper bag for wraps

Foil hides the food and the bag crushes it. A box drawn to the wrap shows it and holds it.

How an order runs

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Something not covered here? Ask in the form below and we answer within one working day.

Do the bowls come with lids?

Each bowl size has a lid made for its rim. Lids are quoted with the bowl.

Can I serve soup or hot bowls?

The bowls are lined with a PE-free barrier and made to be leak-resistant. Tell us what you serve, how hot, and how long it travels, and check it on the sample before you order.

Can you make a box for our wraps?

Yes. Send the length and width of a wrap, whole or cut, and we draw a box to it. Our standard box is 7.1 × 7.1 × 2.8 in (180 × 180 × 70 mm); every other size is drawn to order.

Can we print our logo?

Yes. Flexo print in 1 to 4 colours, or plain.

What is the minimum order?

2,000 per size.

How long does it take?

About one working day for a quote, five working days for a sample, then 12 to 15 working days of production after you approve the proof. Transit is 1 to 5 business days.

How does payment work for a new account?

A new account starts with a 30% deposit on the agreed order and a supply agreement. We then hold your products in our warehouse, and each month you pay only for what you used.
