Get a quoteEvery Vibe Packaging box is cut from a single sheet of 0.06 in (1.5 mm) E‑flute kraft, scored and creased so it folds into shape by hand.
Cartons go by UPS or FedEx Ground, pallets by LTL freight, 1 to 5 business days on the road.
Vibe Packaging cuts, creases and prints food-grade board for burger shops, fry counters and wrap bars. Every box starts as the flat blank above: one sheet, eight folds, a tuck tab and nothing else.
We draw the die-line, cut the sample, and hand you a box that stacks straight, closes with one thumb and survives a twenty-minute delivery ride.
A burger counter and a bakery need different boxes. Pick yours and see what we would make for it.

Every panel is data. Change the base, the wall height or the lid flange and the die-line changes with it. The same file drives the cutting rule and the artwork.

Lines
How fast a branch gets through a line comes from the orders it has already placed — nothing to type in. Set the level you want it kept at and the point it should be topped up.
Set a par level below and this fills in.
No branch has ordered yet, so there is nothing to plan from.
Cost is the landed cost of what actually went out — freight and duty included. A line we have never bought shows revenue with no margin, never as pure profit.

Vibe Packaging is a New Jersey company making die-cut kraft packaging for restaurants across the United States — bags, boxes, bowls and cups. Every box starts as one flat sheet of E-flute board, scored and creased so it folds into shape by hand.
The animation on our home page is not a metaphor: it is the actual die-line we cut. It ships flat, stacks on a flatter pallet and any crew member can set it up in about four seconds.
We run virgin kraft liner on every food-contact face and use a water-based grease barrier instead of PE lamination, so the finished box stays kerbside-recyclable.
Our drafting team draws the cutting rule and the artwork from the same file. Change a dimension and both follow. Sampling takes five working days; production runs ship in twelve to fifteen.
Minimum order is 2,000 units per size. Send us an enquiry and we will come back within one working day with a die-line proposal and pricing.
This policy describes how Vibe Packaging LLC, a New Jersey company (“Vibe Packaging”, “we”, “us”), collects and uses information when you use vibepackagingllc.com, request a quote, or place an order.
We use only the cookies needed to run the site (session and sign-in state). We do not run third-party advertising trackers. Payment pages served by Stripe set the cookies Stripe requires for fraud prevention.
We share data only with service providers who need it to fulfil your order — our payment processor (Stripe), shipping carriers and our email provider — each bound by their own contractual and legal duties. We do not sell personal information.
Account and order records are kept while your account is active and for as long as tax and commercial law requires (typically seven years for invoices), then deleted or anonymised.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and a portable copy of it, through the enquiry form. California residents may exercise the rights provided by the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete; we do not sell or share personal information as defined by that law. We answer verified requests within the statutory deadlines.
Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
We will post any changes on this page with a new date. Questions: use the enquiry form.
These Terms govern quotes, orders and purchases from Vibe Packaging LLC (“Vibe Packaging”, “we”). By requesting a quote or placing an order you agree to them.
Our products are custom-manufactured packaging made to the die-line, dimensions, board grade and artwork you approve at proof stage. The approved proof is the specification of record.
Written quotes are valid for 30 days. An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing and payment (or agreed terms) is in place. Production begins only after you approve the digital proof.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added where applicable. Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe; invoice terms are available to approved accounts. Late invoice balances may accrue interest at the lawful rate.
Variation within these tolerances is not a defect.
Sampling and production times are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. We notify you promptly of any material delay.
Your logos and artwork remain yours; you warrant that you have the rights to use them and you indemnify us against third-party claims arising from them. Our die-lines, tooling and production files remain ours unless a buy-out is agreed in writing.
We warrant that goods conform to the approved proof and to the food-contact specifications we state. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before proof approval. After production begins, incurred material and labour costs are invoiced. See the Refund & Return Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute belongs to the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Vibe Packaging LLC, New Jersey, USA · reach us through the enquiry form; we reply by email within one working day.
Because every run is die-cut and printed to your specification, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded for reasons other than a fault on our side.
If goods arrive misprinted, wrongly sized, structurally faulty or transit-damaged, use the enquiry form within 7 days of delivery with photos and the lot number from the carton label. For verified faults we will, at your choice where practical, reprint the affected quantity or refund it.
Quantity variation within the ±5% production tolerance and reasonable colour variation on kraft are not defects.
Sampling fees are credited against your first production order of the same product.
Refunds go to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days of approval.
Orders ship flat-packed and palletised from our U.S. fulfilment warehouse.
Carton quantities ship UPS/FedEx Ground; pallet quantities ship LTL freight. Shipping is quoted as its own line on every quote and at checkout — no surprises on the invoice.
Dates are good-faith estimates. You receive tracking (or the freight PRO number) the day your order leaves the dock.
Please count pallets and note any visible damage on the proof of delivery before signing. Report transit damage within 48 hours with photos through the enquiry form — we will reship or refund the affected goods per the Refund & Return Policy.
We ship internationally on request. Duties, import taxes and brokerage are the recipient’s responsibility.
