Your burger leaves the pass looking right. Twenty minutes later it has to open the same way on the customer’s table. Our boxes are cut from one sheet of kraft board, fold in about four seconds and lock shut with a die-cut tuck.
Off the pass, into the box
Single patty or a double with everything on it. We set the base and the wall height to your burger, not to a catalogue.
None of them are the cook’s fault. They are the box.

Steam softens thin board. The lid sags, the bun flattens and the cheese ends up on the lid.
What we doE-flute board is stiffer than thin carton, and we set the wall height to your tallest burger.
Drivers stack orders. The box at the bottom carries everything above it.
What we doThe doubled corners let a filled box carry five more on top of it.
More towns and states limit foam clamshells and some plastics, and the rules differ from place to place.
What we doKraft board with a water-based barrier. No foam, no plastic film.
Boxes that arrive made up fill a storeroom fast. A small kitchen cannot hold a month of them.
What we doBoxes arrive flat and take about a fourteenth of the room they take made up Under a supply agreement we also hold the rest of your stock in our warehouse.
If a box is slow to set up, the line backs up at half past twelve.
What we doSet up by hand in about four seconds and closed with one thumb.
Where the box shows up in your day, and what it does there.
Cartons of flat boxes come in. They go on one shelf, not across the storeroom floor.
Someone folds a stack before service. About four seconds a box.
Burger in, lid over, tuck closed with one thumb. Boxes stack straight on the pass.
Orders go into the driver’s bag stacked. The bottom box still opens square after a twenty-minute ride.
Count what is left and reorder from your account. The next run ships flat.
Start with the box. Add the rest when it suits you, all in the same kraft and the same print.
Our standard size. Fits a full-size burger with room for the wrap.
See boxes →Same board, smaller footprint, for fries, rings and wings.
See boxes →Kraft with a grease-resistant liner and a twisted handle.
See bags →Shakes and soft drinks. Single or double wall.

See bowls →The artwork is printed on the flat sheet before it is cut, so it lands in the same place on every box.
Most shops come to us from one of these three.
Plastic traps the steam and the lid fogs over. A kraft box carries your logo instead and has no plastic in it.
A stock size leaves the burger sliding around or squashed. Ours is drawn to your burger and printed with your name.
Foam is limited in a growing number of places, and customers notice it. Kraft board is printed with your name.
From your first email to boxes on your shelf is usually four to six weeks. Most of that is production, which starts only when you have held a sample and signed off the proof.

Nothing is cut until you sign off the digital proof. That proof is the spec.
