A service day

A day on the truck, with the right box.

Where the packaging shows up in your day.

  1. Load up

A carton of flat boxes goes in the cupboard. That is the day covered.

  2. Set up

Fold a stack while the grill heats. About four seconds a box.

  3. Service

Food in, lid over, tuck closed with one thumb, out of the window.

  4. Move on

The rest of the flat stock stays flat until the next stop.

  5. Reorder

Count what is left and reorder from your account. The next run ships flat.

Your name out of the window.

The artwork is printed on the flat sheet before it is cut, so it lands in the same place on every box.

  • Flexo print in 1 to 4 colours on the kraft face, or plain boxes you stamp yourself.
  • The die-line and the artwork come from the same file. Change the size and both follow.
  • You approve a proof before anything is cut.
  • Colour on unbleached kraft varies a little from run to run. That is the material, and it is normal.
What it replaces

What our boxes take the place of.

Instead ofPaper boats and foil

Open trays spill in the hand and cannot be stacked. A closed box can.

Instead ofBoxes that arrive made up

They fill the truck. Ours arrive flat and fold in about four seconds.
