Process

Sample, proof, production.

Every order runs the same way. You send sizes and volume, we draw it, you hold a sample, you approve the proof, and only then do we produce. After that we hold your stock in our warehouse and you pay monthly for what you use.

  • Quote in 1 working day
  • Sample in 5 working days
  • Production 12 to 15 working days
  • Transit 1 to 5 business days

How an order runs

Sample, proof, production.

Working days, from the day we have your sizes. Production starts only when you have held a sample and signed off the proof.

A real sample in your hands. Put your food in it before you commit.

Nothing is cut until you sign off the digital proof. That proof is the spec.

Inventory and supply program

We hold your stock. You pay for what you use.

A new account starts with a 30% deposit on the agreed order and a supply agreement. From then on your packaging waits in our warehouse, and each month you pay only for what you actually used.

Always on the shelf

We keep your agreed products in our warehouse, sized to your projected usage.

No large order upfront

You do not buy months of packaging at once. The stock is held for you.

Pay monthly for what you use

Each month you pay for the products you actually used, not for what is still on our shelf.

We watch the levels

We monitor the stock we hold for you and replenish it as needed.

Fewer shortages

Your packaging is already made and waiting, so a busy month does not leave you short.

A predictable supply

A long-term supply agreement: the same products and the same print, every time.

Your die-line, not a template

Drawn to your food, from one file.

Every panel of the die-line is a number. Change the base, the wall height or the lid flange and the drawing changes with it. The same file drives the cutting rule and the artwork.

  • Our standard burger box is 7.1 × 7.1 × 2.8 in (180 × 180 × 70 mm). Every other size is drawn to order.
  • Flexo print in 1 to 4 colours on the kraft face, or an unprinted blank if you would rather stamp it yourself.
  • The approved proof is the specification of record. Nothing runs until you sign it off.
  • Folded size is held to ±0.04 in (±1 mm) of the proof.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Something not covered here? Ask in the form below and we answer within one working day.

What do you need from us to quote?

The size of your food or your current packaging, what goes in it, printed or plain, and how many you use a month.

Can we skip the sample?

You can, but we do not recommend it. A sample in your hands, with your food in it, is the fastest way to catch a size that is almost right.

When does production start?

Only after you approve the digital proof. That proof is the specification of record.

What if something is late?

Sampling and production times are good-faith estimates. We tell you straight away if anything slips.

How do we pay after the first order?

Monthly, for the products you actually used that month. We keep your agreed products in stock and replenish them as they run down.
