This policy describes how Vibe Packaging LLC, a New Jersey company (“Vibe Packaging”, “we”, “us”), collects and uses information when you use vibepackagingllc.com, request a quote, or place an order.

Information we collect

• Contact and business details — name, company, email, phone and shipping address, provided through our enquiry, account or checkout forms.
• Order information — product specifications, artwork files, quantities, invoices and delivery records.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and never reach or persist on our servers. See Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
• Technical basics — IP address, browser type and pages visited, from standard server logs.

How we use it

• To prepare quotes, produce and deliver your order, and provide support.
• To send service messages about your order, account or proofs.
• To meet bookkeeping, tax and other legal obligations.
• Marketing email only with your consent — every message includes an unsubscribe link.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to run the site (session and sign-in state). We do not run third-party advertising trackers. Payment pages served by Stripe set the cookies Stripe requires for fraud prevention.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who need it to fulfil your order — our payment processor (Stripe), shipping carriers and our email provider — each bound by their own contractual and legal duties. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Account and order records are kept while your account is active and for as long as tax and commercial law requires (typically seven years for invoices), then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and a portable copy of it, through the enquiry form. California residents may exercise the rights provided by the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete; we do not sell or share personal information as defined by that law. We answer verified requests within the statutory deadlines.

Children

Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
